Initially, Alive and Kicking would post content with no interaction with their followers, consumers and customers, I realised the importance of connecting with your online community and how it can influence the business to customer relationship so I decided on creating content that the followers on Instagram can engage with.
I created interactive stories for Alive and Kicking on Instagram in order for their followers to be able to understand the charity and what we do more as well as test their knowledge. The stories contained polls, scales and questions on instagram that followers would be able to interact with and answer. Also some of the interactive posts I have done for AK have been to understand the types of balls they like/prefer.
